Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all stock items within two days (Monday to Friday), however if this is not possible we will contact you. We use UK Mail Couriers for all consignments and request next working day delivery. We aim to keep all items on the website in stock, however if we have temporarily sold out of your chosen item we will contact you directly with an expected delivery date. If this is unacceptable you are free to re-select or cancel your order.

Orders for bespoke embroidered items are fulfilled every Friday and dispatched on the following Monday. Orders received after 12pm on a Wednesday may have to wait until the following Friday for completion.

Payment

All items must be paid for in full before we can dispatch them. You can choose to make payment on our website through Sage Pay or via PayPal. Both are secure on-line payment systems.

Postage and Packing

UK Mainland: For orders totaling less than Ł50.00 delivery is charged at Ł3.95. Orders of Ł50.00 or more qualify for free delivery.
If your delivery destination is beyond the UK mainland we will email you with the estimated delivery cost and you can then tell us if you wish to proceed with the order on that basis.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 7 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition in which they were received. The cost of the goods will then be refunded but there will be no refund for postage and packing costs. Please contact us before returning any goods.

All our prices are shown in Ł sterling and do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred with the data entry. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Your payment is processed either by SagePay or PayPal. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not keep credit card information. Customer information is only used for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do NOT and will NOT pass your details to any third party.
